Terms & Conditions

Plain-English terms for using our website and studying with us. No traps in the fine print — if anything here is unclear, just ask.

Who we are

CharterFlow Edu (“CharterFlow”, “we”) is an independent education provider. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by ACCA. ACCA® is a registered trademark of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. ACCA's own registration, subscription and exam fees are separate and paid by you directly to ACCA.

What we provide

Live, mentor-led tuition, structured study plans, practice and mock exams, and mentorship for ACCA papers, delivered online (and via our learning portal at learn.charterflowedu.com for enrolled students). The exact scope of your enrolment is what we agree with you in writing (including WhatsApp or email) before you pay.

Fees and payment

Fees are charged per paper and stated before you enrol — currently ₹10,000 per Applied Skills paper and ₹15,000 per Strategic Professional paper. Your seat in a cohort is confirmed once payment is received. Fees don't include ACCA's own charges, your devices, or your internet connection.

No pass guarantee — deliberately

We do not guarantee exam results, and we'd encourage you to be cautious of anyone who does. Your results depend on your own effort. What we commit to is a structured plan, honest guidance and genuine support.

Your account and conduct

  • Your learning-portal account and course materials are for your personal use only — please don't share logins or redistribute materials.
  • Recordings, notes, question banks and other materials remain CharterFlow's (or their respective owners') intellectual property.
  • Be respectful in classes and community spaces. We can suspend access for serious or repeated misconduct — with a refund of unused fees where that's fair.

Refunds and withdrawals

Covered in full in our Refund Policy — the short version: withdraw before your cohort starts and you get a full refund; there's a fair cooling-off window after it starts; and if we cancel a cohort you always get a full refund.

Our liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you've paid us for the affected paper. We're not liable for indirect losses (like lost earnings), for ACCA's decisions, or for events genuinely beyond our control.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be announced on this page with a new 'last updated' date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes fall to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
