Privacy Policy

We collect as little personal information as we can, we never sell it, and we tell you plainly what we do with it. That's the whole philosophy — the detail is below.

Who we are

CharterFlow Edu (“CharterFlow”, “we”) is an independent ACCA education provider based in India, operating charterflowedu.com and the student learning portal at learn.charterflowedu.com.

What we collect, and why

  • Enquiries — your name, email address, ACCA stage and message, when you send them via our contact form, WhatsApp, phone or email. We use these solely to reply to you and advise you about our courses.
  • Student accounts — enrolled students get an account on our learning portal (name, email, course progress, submissions). We use this to deliver your course and track your progress with you.
  • Usage analytics — anonymised page views and interaction data via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, used to understand how the website is used and improve it. IP addresses are anonymised where the tools support it.

What we never do

  • We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
  • We never add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
  • We never share your details with other students or third parties, except the service providers below.

Service providers we rely on

Like most websites, we use a small number of tools that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and security), Google (analytics), Microsoft (analytics via Clarity), Moodle on our own server (the learning portal), and WhatsApp/Meta when you choose to message us there. Each processes only what it needs to provide its service.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to help you, then deleted. Student account data is kept for the duration of your course and a reasonable period afterwards (so returning students keep their history), unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask us at any time to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@charterflowedu.com and we'll act on it promptly.

Students under 18

Some ACCA students are under 18. If that's you, please involve a parent or guardian when enrolling — we're happy to speak with them directly.
